Returns and complains

Return Policy:

  • According to the “Law on the Rights of the consumer” Consumer has the right to return items without reason within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Shipment with returned items should be adressed to: ANPIYO  with a note RETURN, please attach completed return form and a document confirming the purchase to the package
  • Consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of bought things due to inappropriate use
  • Prior to shipment, please secure items
  • Refund is realized via bank transfer to sp
  • The cost of re-shipment of returned items (XXX) is incurred by the customer. Please sent the due amount to our bank account
  • ecified in return form bank account
  • We do not accept shipments sent COD
  • Ignoring these principles forms the basis for rejecting the return

Reclamation policy:

  • Shipment with returned items should be adressed to: ANPIYO  with a note RETURN, please attach completed reclamation form and a document confirming the purchase to the package
  • In the reclamation form, please give a brief description of the product defect
  • Prior to shipment, please secure items
  • All complaints are dealt within 14 days
  • After the accepting the reclamation, damaged product will be repaired or replaced with a standard value product. In a situation where the claimed product is no longer part of the ANPIYO offer, we refund all costs incurred by the customer or propose an exchange for another product of the same value as advertised, which is in the current offer

 

Exchange policy:

  • Customers can exchange items within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Shipment with exchanged items should be adressed to: ANPIYO with a note EXCHANGE, please attach completed exchange form and a document confirming the purchase to the package
  • Exchanged items cannot bear traces of use, and must have a set of labels
  • The cost of re-shipment of exchanged items ()
  • is incurred by the customer. Please sent the due amount to our bank account
  • In a situation where the claimed product is no longer part of the ANPIYO offer, we refund all costs incurred by the customer or propose an exchange for another product of the same value as advertised, which is in the current offer
  • If the customer decides to exchange the product for another (more expensive than previously ordered) we inform through e-mail of due amount to clear payment, if customer choose cheaper items, overpayment will be cleared within 5 days from the date of completion of the exchange
  • In a situation where the customer receives items from the incorrect order shipped by ANPIYO and is forced to make an exchange, shipping costs will be covered by the seller
